Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We ship throughout New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days via New Zealand Post, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take longer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a threshold set at our discretion — check the website for current promotions.
CLICK & COLLECT
Local pickup is available from our studio. Select this option at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you receive. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened skincare or beauty products, treatments and services, and gift vouchers.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
