Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will forfeit any deposit paid. Out of respect for our practitioners and other clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS. Payment is due at the time of service. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

ONLINE SHOP
All product sales are final unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.

HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable for all clients. RE Studio reserves the right to decline a treatment if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate.

CHILDREN
To maintain a calm environment for all guests, children are not permitted in the studio unless receiving a treatment.

CONDUCT
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful space for both clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client behaves in a manner that is disrespectful or inappropriate.

PRIVACY
Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not share your information with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
RE Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms are always available on our website.
